The Oprah Winfrey Network- OWN TV
This is the new Logo for the Oprah Winfrey network launching january 1st 2011.
What are your thoughts and opinions do you like the new logo?
I dont associate this with Oprah whatsoever! I know it's a NEW network but Oprah has been around for so long that something more traditional would probably suit her more. I was thinking more along the lines of the look on her magazine where she just has the 'O' for Oprah. I do like the logo though, very new and fresh looking so maybe it's not about what works with her image but just what works with the times now in general

ReplyDeleteI share exactly the same opinion as you Ines it really doesn't scream Oprah.
ReplyDeleteSo far the reactions to the network logo have not been great. 57.76 percent of Huffington Post pollers said it was "an eyesore."
Most of the negative reviews of the logo colors seem to refer to it looking like a young child's art project.
